Planning a trip to the region?

Do you have an event you want visitors to know about?

by | Oct 1, 2022 | Latest News

By completing an “event” profile on the Australian Tourism Data Warehouse (ATDW) platform your event will be listed on the most-visited What’s On pages of visitvictoria.com and, of course, visitgeelongbellarine.com.au

Now that’s exposure. Oh and did we mention it’s completely free!?

This how-to guide will get your event live in no time…

      What you’ll need

      • Up to 200 word description of your event.
      • At least 1 photo of your event.  You can load up to 10 images. Images also need to be at least 1600 x 1200 pixels.

      How to do it

      1. Go to www.atdw-online.com.au.
      2. If you already have an account click on ‘LOGIN‘ and then ‘add new listing’ – select the option for EVENTS and then see step 8.
      3. If you do not already have an Account then click ‘register Now’ then Tourism Operator.
      4. Fill in the template with your business details and click ‘Register Now’ at the bottom of the page. Use a generic email address.
      5. Check your inbox for an email from ATDW Online and click on the link to verify your account. Didn’t get an email? Check your junk.
      6. Go to www.atdw-online.com.au and login with your username and password.
      7. Click on ‘Add new listing’
      8. Work your way through the steps making sure you populate as many fields as possible, but especially the ‘required’ fields’. You never know what information different websites will pick up so put as much in as possible. Once completed click on ‘Send for Review’
      9. This is a FREE listing so once this has been completed you log out or create another listing.

Please note: Once submitted your listing will be reviewed for quality assurance and will be published within 3 working days.
