As we know, it’s hard to find good hospo staff at the best of times, especially right now.
As an organisation, we’re on a mission to support and invest in the knowledge, passion and growth of those working within the local wine and hospitality sectors.
To help us help you, Tourism Greater Geelong & The Bellarine together with Great Ocean Road Regional Tourism have teamed up with Geelong Wine School to deliver WSET Level 1 (one day course) award for your staff.
This one day course is a globally recognised international standard in wine education program and we’re subsidising the fee so you can invest in your employees for only $50, usually $285!
The courses will be held in Geelong, The Bellarine & The Great Ocean Road on the following dates (click the dates below to register):
- Monday 13 September: Online
- Tuesday 14 September: Online
- Thursday 16 September: Online
- Monday 4 October: Anglesea
- Tuesday 5 October: Bellarine
- Thursday 7 October: Geelong
And, thanks to Wine Geelong, these students will also be provided with a hands-on learning experience at the Geelong Wine Show exhibitor tasting!
We only have limited spaces for these sessions Team Tourism, so right now there is a limit of two employees per business and you must be a paid member of TGGB.
