We’re excited to announce that our Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at the brand-new Geelong Sports Museum.

Time: 5:30PM – 7:30PM
Venue: Geelong Sports Museum at Kardinia Park
The AGM will see us reflect on our organisation’s achievements, review our progress to date and set a course for the future. You’ll also hear from Kardinia Park Stadium Trust CEO Gerrard Griffin, who will be reflecting on a big year of openings and opportunities for the future.
CALL FOR LOCATION-BASED BOARD MEMBERS
Ahead of the event, we are also calling for four Location Based nominations for the Board:
• Two Delegates representative of a Member located in the Geelong region (including Greater Geelong and Southern Golden Plains)
• Two Delegates representative of a Member located in The Bellarine region including the Borough of Queenscliffe.
The responsibilities of the Location Based Board members are to:
• Provide strategic guidance and input into the development of organisational policy.
• Make timely decisions, support good governance, make timely decisions, action items as required and foster engagement from membership
Nominations close 6pm on 16 October,
with voting to be conducted in person at the Annual General Meeting via a secret ballot.
To vote, you must attend the Annual General Meeting and be the primary Delegate for your tourism member business.

*Financial Members have one Delegate registered per business. A Member may change its Delegate from time to time provided that the Member advises the Association in writing of the change at least 72 hours before the Annual General Meeting. Notice of a change of Delegate must specify the name, postal address, email address and telephone number of that person.
