Meet Geelong & The Bellarine Unveils Brand Refresh and New Website

by | Oct 21, 2025 | Latest News

We’re excited to announce that Meet Geelong & The Bellarine has launched a refreshed brand identity and a brand-new website to strengthen our region’s position as a premier business-events destination. The refreshed look, updated name and redesigned site reflect our broader region – and the diversity of venues, experiences and landscapes we offer.

      What’s changed?

      –   The destination formerly known in the industry as “Business Events Geelong” (and more recently “Meet Geelong”) has officially become Meet Geelong & The Bellarine. The change signals our full-region offering.

      –   The new website www.meetgeelong.com.au has been designed with a modern look and enhanced functionality, making it easier than ever for event planners to explore, connect and plan for the region.

      –   Key features include: advanced search to match planners with the right suppliers and venues, conference and incentive-specific content, and custom itineraries that incorporate pre-/post-touring and team-building opportunities.

      –   This refresh underlines Meet Geelong & The Bellarine’s commitment to supporting you – the region’s business-events sector – with seamless planning tools and showcasing the very best of what we can offer.

      What this means for you:

We’re pleased to invite you to review and maximise your presence on the new site – here’s how you can get the most from the refresh:

      Review your all-new profile:

We have created a fresh profile for each member on the new website. Please take a moment to log in, review your profile details and submit any updates or changes you require. Ensuring your profile is accurate and up-to-date means you’ll be put in the best possible position when event planners are searching.

      Consider multiple profiles if relevant:

If your business offers more than one distinct offering – for example, an accommodation property and a conference venue, or different product lines that cater to different markets – we encourage you to reach out. We can explore creating a separate and unique profile to help you stand out. This extra profile could spotlight a specific offering, increasing your visibility and relevance to planners.

      New advertising and promotional opportunities:

Moving forward, we will be offering additional paid-advertising opportunities on the website for members. These will include options such as: featured blog posts, homepage advertising positions, inclusion in key itineraries, and other promotional placements. If you’re interested in taking advantage of these opportunities, please let us know and we’ll share the details and pricing.

We’re excited about this new chapter for the region and for our community. With the refreshed brand and new website, we are better positioned than ever to showcase the excellence of our destinations, venues and experiences – and to connect you with the event-business opportunities you’re looking for.

Thank you for being part of Meet Geelong & The Bellarine. Together, we look forward to growing our profile, attracting more conferences, incentives and events – and ensuring that planners choose our region for the impact, service and experience you deliver.
