Under the accredited Visitor Information brand, our Visitor Services staff coordinate the efforts of a proud and passionate army of more than 100 volunteers. Each volunteer dedicates their time to promote the region they love across Visitor Information Centres, outlets, and the occasional pop-up at events and special occasions.

Along with meeting and greeting visitors, the team provides support to members by supplying visitor bags for major events, distributing brochures across Visitor Information Centres and attending familiarisations to get up close and personal with experiences to better promote it to guests of the region.
